2. Services Offered

Morrenzin Shawn provides professional air conditioning repair, maintenance, and system inspection services across the USA. Our services ensure reliability, comfort, and optimal performance for residential and commercial clients.

3. Service Scheduling

  • All service appointments are scheduled directly with our manager upon order confirmation.
  • Clients must provide access to the property at the agreed date and time.
  • Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice; late changes may incur additional fees.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment arrangements, including deposits or full payment, are coordinated directly with our manager.
  • Payment is required prior to service commencement as agreed with the manager.
  • The Company does not store sensitive financial information; all transactions are handled securely by our management team.

5. Cancellations & Changes

  • Full refunds are available if service is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Partial refunds may be issued for cancellations within 48 hours, subject to costs already incurred.
  • No refunds are provided for services already completed.

6. Service Issues

  • If services are unsatisfactory due to verified errors or negligence, we will re-perform the service at no additional cost.
  • If re-performance is not feasible, a proportional refund or credit will be determined by the manager.

7. Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Full refunds or alternative arrangements will be provided if services cannot be delivered due to events beyond the Company’s control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, or emergencies.

8. Refund Procedure

  1. Submit a refund or service concern request via email to cullenskinner@morzshawacrepair.com including your full name, service date, and description of the issue.
  2. Our manager will respond within 2 business days with instructions and confirmation.
  3. Approved refunds or credits will be processed directly by our management team.

9. Promotions & Discounts

  • Discounted services or promotional offers are subject to terms agreed upon with our manager.
  • Refunds for discounted services reflect the actual amount confirmed by the manager.
